Eat the foods you love without guilt or binge eating
Discover a life free from constant thoughts of food

I’m Kristele Alerte
NUTRITHERAPY PRACTITIONER & CERTIFIED HEALTH & WELLNESS COACH,
Having a toxic relationship with food is a part of my story, too.
Growing up, I had a very dynamic relationship with food sometimes loving it more than I would like to admit, and other times doing everything possible to avoid it (especially when I was trying to avoid gaining weight). Somewhere along the way, food became complicated and confusing—“eat less of this, avoid that, never touch this.” I spent years trying to manipulate my body in unnatural ways, obsessing over calories, workouts, and willpower. It wasn’t until I decided to change my mindset and my life that my journey truly began.
Once I started embracing a new mindset, I realized I needed to heal my relationship with food, not control it. I turned to mindfulness and compassion, and with that, my perspective on food and life completely shifted. I began eating freely again, enjoying all foods without guilt. And that’s when I understood the true power of nourishment—not just for the body, but for the soul.
This experience ignited my passion for nutrition and healing. I became determined to help others, especially women, reclaim their relationship with food. I wanted to show that you can make healthy choices, enjoy life, and find balance, without feeling restricted or consumed by obsessive thoughts around food and weight.
That’s why I became a Health and Wellness Coach—to empower women to find confidence in their choices, to help them find peace with food, and to show them that a blissful, balanced life is within their reach.
